Grounds maintenance & gardens

Turf programs, garden design, sod, seasonal planting and ongoing bed maintenance — run on a schedule, documented like winter, and delivered by the same organization that clears your site in January.

A grounds program, not a mowing visit

Appearance is the part residents and tenants notice, but the real job is keeping the property usable and defensible: sightlines clear, walkways unobstructed, drainage working, beds and turf holding up under traffic. The program is written per site and executed on a schedule you can hand to a board.

Turf programs
Scheduled mowing, trimming and edging with fertilization and overseeding where turf takes heavy foot or vehicle traffic.
Garden design
Bed design suited to a commercial site — durable, low-maintenance planting that still reads as cared-for at the front door.
Sod installation
Repair and replacement of turf damaged by winter operations, utility work or traffic, graded to drain properly.
Seasonal planting
Annual colour, planters and entrance features scheduled around your property's calendar and events.
Bed maintenance
Weeding, pruning, edging and mulch top-ups through the season so beds do not slide backwards by August.
Site detail
Litter, debris and drainage checks on every visit, plus sightline pruning at exits and signage.

The season

What happens, and when

Cleanup & recovery
Property-wide cleanup, sand and debris removal, turf and bed repair from winter operations, first cuts and mulch.
Scheduled maintenance
Regular turf cycles, bed maintenance, planting care and irrigation checks, with visit records as they happen.
Leaf & shutdown
Leaf removal cycles, final cuts, bed shutdown, pruning and preparation of the site for winter operations.
Handoff to snow ops
Same organization takes over: stake-out of beds and features, snow storage planned so spring damage is minimized.

Why bundle it

One contractor, twelve months, one accountability line

When the same organization handles winter and summer, nobody argues about who damaged the sod, whose plow took out the curb, or which contractor is responsible for the bed that never recovered. It gets fixed.

Landscape work is delivered with Worry Free Landscapes, our sister division — same organization, same insurance, same reporting standards.

Ask about a 12-month program
  • One point of contact for the exterior of the property, twelve months a year
  • Snow storage planned with summer beds and turf in mind — less spring damage to argue about
  • Winter damage repaired by the company that caused it, on the same contract
  • Consistent standards and reporting across a portfolio of sites
  • $5M commercial liability coverage and WSIB compliance on every visit
