Storm Center

Know what happened on your property, and prove it

Live tracking during the event, documentation after it. Property managers use these records for board reporting, tenant complaints and slip-and-fall claim defence — and we use them to hold our own crews to the specification.

GPS tracking
Crews and equipment are tracked via Samsara, so we can see who is on your property, when they arrived and where they worked — in real time, during the event. Ask and we will pull it during an event.
Client live map in development
Service logs
Every visit produces a time-stamped entry: arrival, surfaces serviced, materials applied and completion. Issued by your operations manager, and reportable to a board or owner.
Self-serve portal in development
Storm documentation
Photos and event reports covering conditions and completed work — the record that matters when a slip-and-fall claim arrives months later.
Salt & material reports
What was applied on your site, at what rate, on which pass. Useful for cost review, environmental reporting and answering tenant questions.
Weather monitoring
Continuous monitoring drives mobilization decisions before an event, and reallocation during it. You are not the one watching the radar.
Service tickets
Report a missed area, a ridge across an entrance or a walkway issue mid-event and it goes to the people dispatching your site, not a voicemail box.

Event response plan

How priorities are sequenced when everything needs attention at once

During a major event, every property in the portfolio needs service simultaneously. Sequencing is decided in advance and written into each specification — not negotiated over the phone at 4 a.m.

Life-safety access
Emergency entrances, patient drop-offs, ambulance routes and main doors at medical and retirement properties.
Pedestrian surfaces
Walkways, accessible parking and building approaches — cleared and salted by dedicated sidewalk crews.
Access & circulation
Drive aisles, ring roads and exits opened so vehicles, deliveries and services can move through the site.
Full-site & cleanup
Complete lot clearing, stacking, widening and return passes once the event ends and vehicles clear the lot.

Post-event review

What we do when something did not go to plan

Storms expose weak points — a stacking location that no longer works, a walkway that needs a second pass, an entrance the city grader buries every time. After significant events we review the site and change the plan.

Specifications are living documents. If yours needs to change mid-season, that is a normal conversation, not a contract fight.

Request a spec review
  • Site walk after significant events to check stacking, sightlines and problem surfaces
  • Adjustments to triggers, priorities or timing where the plan did not hold
  • Follow-up on any missed area, with the crew and supervisor responsible identified
  • Equipment or staffing changes for the rest of the season if the site needs more
  • Written confirmation of any change to the specification

Your property. Our operating plan. No excuses.

Tell us about the site and an operations manager will walk it, identify the risks and return a written specification and price.
