Spring cleanup and fall leaf removal are short, high-pressure windows where every contractor in the city is booked. Properties on a program get scheduled first and get done inside the window — before the complaints start and before wet leaves become an ice hazard.
Spring cleanup
Winter sand and debris removal, bed cleanup, turf repair, first cuts and a full sweep of walkways, curb lines and catch basins.
Fall leaf removal
Scheduled leaf cycles through the drop, ending with a final clean before freeze-up so wet leaves do not become an ice hazard.
Mulching
Bed mulch top-ups and refreshes on a set schedule, with edging so beds hold their line through the season.
Seasonal colour
Annual planting, planter programs and entrance features timed to your property's calendar.
Site sweeps

Most exterior problems on a commercial site are not big enough for a general contractor and not small enough to ignore. Those are the ones we take: assessed, priced, scheduled and finished.
If it is outside what we do, we say so and point you to who should handle it.
